Very good App. Saves the hassle of haggling with overcharging tuktuk drivers. Reasonable price at 600 baht.
It's not worth it. After using it twice the driver would not come. Limited pick up/drop off points.
Amazing Efficient Called tuktuk less than 5 mins from anywhere in the old town of Bangkok, it even provide very good suggestions on local food, which is why I use this more often.
Garage app didn't work the entire time i was in Thailand. Says - placing Pins- and hangs.
I didn't find this service worth it as I was stuck in traffic or waiting for a tuk tuk longer than I spent visiting the sites. The app itself could do with an improvement, for instance when selecting the pick up or drop off point, I suggest taking the user to the map instead of selecting from a list as we are not familiar with the names but can easily make it out from the map. I do like that the team was instantly accessible via WhatsApp.

I would rate this app as No. 1 together with Grab app for taxi in Bangkok. With Tuk Tuk Hop your visits to all main attractions in historical part is easy and cheap. Also they have superb, fast, responsive and most important pro-active customer support. Good work guys and girls from Tuk Tuk Hop team. I would make just one suggestion. Make it possible in the future to order more than 1 tuk tuk with same PIN number.
